This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.(ii) Solicitation number NM-AN2120-23-00385 is issued as a firm, fixed-price, commercial request for quotation (RFQ).(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-08.(iv) The NAICS code for this acquisition is 562111, Garbage Collection Services; the small business size standard is $41.4m. Competition.(v) Line items are as follows:CLIN 0001: 10 Yd. Closed Top Waste Container Monthly Rent and on-call disposal / exchange up to 20 times per year.(vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: The NOAA Ship Nancy Foster requires the procurement of waste removal service. They require a 10 yard, closed top waste container, available and remain on site, with disposal/exchange on request by NOAA ship personnel. Disposal/exchange will occur up to 20 times per year. Quotes must include signed agreement to provide waste remvoal services at FLETC.
