The Project area, a total of 2.4 hectares in size, is located along the west bank of the Credit River, straddling Lakeshore Road. The Consultant team shall be led by a Landscape Architect who is a full member in good standing with the Ontario Association of Landscape Architects. The Consultant Team shall be comprised of qualified professionals and specialists with proven experience in developing municipal urban waterfront parks, shoreline treatments, road profiles, streetscape improvements and low impact development solutions. Recurring Contract: No Delivery Schedule for Goods or Services OR Contract Duration: Construction is expected to commence May 2021 and should reach substantial performance by November 2022.
