2024 Pothole Project

Sealed Bids for the City of Coos Bay – 2024 POTHOLE PROJECT will be received via electronic means by Greg Hamblet, Operations Administrator, until 2:00 PM local time on April 17, 2024 at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened at City Hall. The City will receive and accept bids only through www.questcdn.com via their electronic VirtuBid online. No bids will be accepted after this time. The Project is for construction of: WORK INCLUDES THE REPAIR OF MULTIPLE POTHOLES OF VARYING SIZES AND DEPTHS AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS WITHIN THE CITY OF COOS BAY. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 AM local time April 4, 2024 at City Hall, 500 Central Ave, Coos Bay, Oregon in the City Hall Conference Room. Bidder must qualify with owner per ORS 279C.430 as specified in Instructions To Bidders. This contract is for public work and is subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 regarding prevailing wage rates. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any technicalities or informalities in connection with the bids.
