Pacific High School - New Performing Arts Center & Student Center Tilden-Coil Constructors is the Lease-Leaseback General Contractor and would like to invite you to bid as a Subcontractor. NOTICE TO BIDDERS: Bid Due Date: 2:00pm on April 16, 2024 Project Details: New 16,800 sq.ft. Performing Arts Center New 8,680 sq.ft. Student Center Misc site improvements & site utilities Estimated Cost: $40,000,000 NTP: July 2024 Duration: 24 months General Requirements: This is a public works, prevailing wage project Skilled and Trained Workforce is required There is NO PSA/PLA for this project. There is NO OCIP for this project. Bid Bonds are NOT required Payment and Performance bonds will be required for subcontracts over $500k or at Tilden-Coil’ discretion. Prequalification Requirements: All MEP subcontractors performing work under a C-4, C-7, C10, C16, C20, C34, C36, C38, C42, C43, and/or C46 license(s) are required to be prequlaified with San Bernardino City Unified School District and must

submit a prequalification questionaire ten (10) calendar days prior to bid due date.
