FURNISH AND DELIVER T-SHIRTS AS REQUIRED BY THE SANTA MONICA FIRE DEPARTMENT.The City of Santa Monica Fire Department (SMFD) is seeking successful bidder to provide T-shirts for firefighting personnel. The fire department estimates the purchase of up to 900 T-shirts per year of various styles and sizes. In general, SMFD provides up to (6) T-shirts of the varieties listed below to each member each year. Approximately 120 employees receive T-shirts each fiscal year. Attachments have been submitted as examples of what type of uniforms the Fire Department is requesting. T-shirt models and manufactures can be substituted for like for like or similar due to a Fire Department standard change and or supply chain issue delays. Note: Substitution must be authorized by the Santa Monica Fire Department. The awarded bidder must provide a 30-day notice of discontinued or unavailable items and proposed alternative. For items not listed please provide a percentage discount off catalog pricing (Percent given off of MSRP-Government Rate) in the vendor submission section of this bid. The City has a right to purchase items off equipment catalogs at the same agreed upon rate. BackgroundThe Fire Department is required to wear T-shirts as part of their uniform.
