Track Changes The Department of Justice, Justice Management Division, has a requirement for Computer Assisted Legal Research (CALR) services for various bureaus, offices, and divisions of the Department of Justice (DOJ or Department).
This requirement may result in the award of one or more Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for on-line computerized access to complete legal, news, financial, public record, dockets and related information databases; full-text search and retrieval capability within individual databases and across databases; and related support services for the DOJ component organizations and personnel worldwide. This requirement will be solicited on a full-and-open basis utilizing FAR Part 15 procedures.
This is not a formal solicitation and submissions received in response to this pre-solicitation notice will not be considered as either bids or proposals.

It is anticipated that the solicitation will be released in the third quarter or fourth quarter of FY 2018.
The proposed contract will supply Department of Justice locations nationwide.
The anticipated period of performance under any resultant contract will be one (1) base year and six (6) year options.

Please note that the solicitation number has changed to 15JPSS19R00000013. Please see the attachments for the solicitation and further details.

a) Provide answers to comments and questions received regarding the CALR-5 RFP;
b) Provide a conformed version of the CALR-5 RFP incorporating any necessary revisions.
c) To extend the submission deadline to 2:00pm ET, January 3, 2019.
