REQUIREMENT Parks Canada requires a contractor in collaboration with the Indigenous Exhibit Working Group to provide leadership in planning, coordination and delivery of the Jasper Indigenous Exhibit Grand Opening event to be scheduled for September 6-8th, 2024 in Jasper National Park. The Contractor will plan and execute on-site event logistics from concept to completion, ensuring the event operates, efficiently and on budget. PERIOD OF CONTRACT The period of the Contract is from Date of Contract to November 1, 2024 inclusive. SET-ASIDE FOR INDIGENOUS BUSINESS This procurement maybe set aside under the federal government's Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB) as detailed in Annex 9.4 of the Supply Manual entitled “Requirements for the Set-Aside Program for Indigenous Business”. ENQUIRIES All enquiries of a technical and contractual nature are to be submitted to the Contracting Authority. Enquiries regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing and should be received no later than seven (7) calendar days prior to the date set for solicitation closing to allow sufficient time to provide a response.
