Services will include technical assistance for HHGMS (Healthy Homes Grant Management System), eLOCCS (electronic Line of Credit Control System), and Housing Department-related program administration and/or creation for the City of Fontana as it relates to the grants listed above. Additionally, the qualified firm will need to provide City staff with technical training and support and to assist in the identification, reporting and management of projects funded by these grants.
