The Division of Financial Assistance (DFA) is in the process of undergoing a major organizational structure redesign in order to manage the following changes in the department¿s operational climate:
1.) The deployment of approximately $5 billion in new funding over the next 8 years 2.) The influx of an additional 118 staff to support funding efforts 3.) Recalibration of the departments 2015 functional reorganization 4.) Address span of control inequities and better align functions within each branch
DFA seeks consultant services to support and facilitate the organizational change management functions associated with this major organizational structure redesign. This work will include all aspects of strategic communications and planning, organizational change management, stakeholder engagement and communications, and leadership performance management and training. The contractor will provide support to DFA's Acting Deputy Director and other members of senior leadership in the areas of communication, organizational change management, and continued monitoring of changed processes to ensure successful transition from the "as-is" way of processing workload to the desired "to-be" state.
