PUBLIC NOTICE REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS ADVERTISEMENT Architectural/engineering services Utilizing Disaster Recovery CDBG and FEMA funds (via GOHSEP) First Baptist Church Denham Springs FEMA DR #4277; PW #1263  First Baptist Church Denham Springs is soliciting qualification statements for architectural/engineering services to assist with preliminary engineering, design engineering, and inspections in compliance with Public Assistance and Disaster Recovery CDBG Program requirements. Payment terms to be negotiated with the selected offeror.   The SCOPE OF SERVICES consists of two phases. Phase one is the demolition of buildings at 308 N. River RD. Denham Springs, LA and Phase two consists of the addition of new buildings, upgrades of existing buildings, adding asphalt to existing parking space, and the addition of a power generator.
