Professional Services for Multi-Agency Facility Design

The Town of Chapel Hill is seeking the professional services of a qualified and experienced design team for a Multi-Agency Facility Design. This work will involve several phases, beginning with the facility program plan, a conceptual architectural design, site design, renderings, and preliminary cost estimates for construction of a new facility. Please be aware that this project is a public private partnership with an outside development team who plans to include a private development component on the site. The selected firm will need to work with the private sector development team to create a cohesive site design with beneficial connections to the broader area. All submittals must be received at the location below by 3:00 P.M. on July 15, 2022.
