PM GBAD Installation-Counter small Unmanned Aircraft System (I-CsUAS)Industry Day Announcement Program Executive Officer Land Systems (PEO LS), Quantico, VA This is an announcement for an Installation-Counter small Unmanned Aircraft System (I-CsUAS) Industry Day hosted by the Program Executive Officer, Land Systems (PEO LS) Program Manager, Ground Based Air Defense (PM GBAD) at Marine Corps Base Quantico. PM GBAD has scheduled the Industry Day for 12 July 2023. This Industry Day is meant specifically for industry participants that have existing capabilities for I-CsUAS. The Government is looking for solutions with components/sub-systems that, do not require research and development, have Technical Readiness Level (TRL) 8 or TRL 9, and when integrated together provides a system that is no less than TRL 7 to meet I-CsUAS requirements.This notice is NOT a solicitation for proposals or quotations. The Government will express its goals, schedule and solicit feedback about the future
procurement during the Industry Day. This Industry Day is meant specifically for those vendors that have solutions directly related to the requirement, Request for Information (RFI M67854-23-I-0001) that was posted to www.SAM.gov on 15 November 2022. The Industry Day will include opening comments and SECRET I-CsUAS requirements briefings. Personnel wishing to attend the Industry Day must have the appropriate clearance and adhere to all requirements for a classified level briefing. The event will be limited to US citizens only and will require advanced RSVP (see below). Tentative Agenda (Marine Corps Base Quantico):08:30-09:00 Welcome and Agenda09:00-10:30 Briefings on current capability gaps, and threats and requirements10:30-11:00 Question and answer11:00-11:30 Lunch Break11:30-16:00 Individual Vendor Sessions**If briefings are accelerated, Individual Vendor sessions may start earlier.After lunch break, the scheduled, one-on-one breakout sessions between industry and the Government I-CsUAS project team will be conducted. These breakout sessions will occur on 12 July 2023. Interested vendors must request a single, not-to-exceed 30 minute one-on-one discussion with the Government I-CsUAS representatives (see below).Notice of Intent/RSVPInterested entities must submit a Notice of Intent to participate (via RSVP) in the Industry Day general session and one-on-one breakout sessions by 21 June 2023. Late requests received by the Government after this date will not be accommodated.Only US citizens with a minimum of a SECRET clearance, adjudicated via Defense Information Security System (DISS), formally JPAS, will be permitted to attend. Limit four attendees per organization.One-on-one breakout sessions will be scheduled on a first come, first served basis, and focused towards those with relevant solutions or components related to the requirement. The Government cannot accommodate scheduling requests by phone. If your organization does not have any technology or information related to the requirements, you may not be scheduled for a one-on-one session and potentially will not be permitted to attend the general industry briefing.All attendees shall have a confirmation of attendance, or they will not be permitted to attend. Maximum of four attendees per organization. All personnel must have a minimum of SECRET clearance.Name of Facility Security Officer (FSO) to facilitate pass requests.Attendance confirmation and time slot assignment for one-on-one briefs will be provided on or before (27 June 2023). NoticeThe Government will use non-Government support contractor personnel to assist in collecting and reviewing submitted information. Submission of proprietary information is highly discouraged, but if necessary, will be protected from unauthorized disclosure as required by Procurement Integrity Act (41 U.S.C. §§ 2101-07) (hereinafter referred to as "the Act"). Supporting contractor personnel are procurement officials within the meaning of the Act and will take all necessary action to preclude unauthorized use or disclosure of Contractor's proprietary data.
