OFFICE OF ACQUISITIONS 55 BROADWAY CAMBRIDGE , MA 02142 USAThe U.S Department of Transportation, John A. Volpe National Transportation Systems Center (Volpe Center) Cambridge, MA, is supporting the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), in its aircraft-specific air quality model development and airport air quality assessment, including project resource management and data processing. The Volpe Center seeks the support of the contractor with sole access to the LASat for airPORT (LASPORT) modeling platform, to perform modeled air quality assessment for LAX, one US airport. Therefore, the Government intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis to Janicke Consulting. The period of performance will be from date of award through September 30, 2022. The anticipated award date is on or about 04/12/2021. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 541620; the Small Business size standard is $16.5M.
Interested firms must submit a written capability statement or quote to the above named point of contact providing clear and convincing evidence of the firms' capability to provide the required services. Written capability statements or quote must be submitted within three (7) calendar days from the date of publication of this synopsis. Responses received after three (7) calendar days or without the required documentation will be considered non-responsive and will not be considered. The Government will not pay for any documentation provided in response to this synopsis and documentation received will not be returned to the sender. Telephone calls made in place of the required documentation will not be accepted.
