23-28-C County Service Area 44C Water Facility Improvements The work to be done consists, in general, of replacing the existing aging water storage tank and related appurtenances for the water distribution system and groundwater wells within the County of Fresno for the purpose of supplying potable water to County Service Area 44C (CSA 44C).
