Northern America Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 238210 Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors. NAICS code 237130 Power and Communication Line and Related Structures Construction is acceptable.The Utah Air National Guard has a requirement to purchase contract for electrical high voltage survey, as per the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contract type for this procurement will be a firm-fixed price contract.Specifications: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, except and specified in paragraph 3.0 as Government Furnished, to perform Electrical High Voltage Survey Services as defined in the attached PWS. The period of performance shall be 120 calendar days. A Google
Map printout is also attached to this solicitation and a technical drawing will be provided upon request. A site visit may be necessary. Vendors who need a site visit in order to prepare a proposal shall contact Otha Henderson at otha.b.henderson.mil@mail.mil . The site visit will be scheduled and you will be notified of the time, date, and location to meet. Finally, please make note of the security requirements outlined in the PWS.Evaluations Factors: Award will be made on the basis of lowest price technically acceptable. The Government reserves the right to award to other than lowest quote if the lowest quote does not demonstrate the technical qualifications to meet this requirement.All firms or individuals responding must meet all standards required to conduct business with the Government, including registration with SAM and WAWF/iRAPT, and be in good standing. All qualified responses will be considered by the Government. Quotes must include CAGE/DUNS number, federal tax number and company's point of contact information.Please provide your submission to the United States Property and Fiscal Office Purchasing and Contracting Division no later than 7pm (Mountain) 25 September 2019.
