Bids must be sealed and returned to the County Judge’s Office and outside of envelope must be prominently marked as follows:“BID FOR COPY PAPER”“Please Note: We do not accept bids by fax or email. They must be sealed, by mail or hand delivered.Bid forms, specifications and instructions can be obtained from the County Judge’s Office, 501 Ouachita, Room 210, Hot Springs, AR 71901.
