The Utah Lake Authority (ULA) issues this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit proposals for performing an advertising campaign. This campaign will be guided by data collected via a market research study and input from ULA staff. The ULA will select a proposal based on fit, qualifications, cost and other factors.
