The only scheduled site visit is after the Pre-Bid Meeting scheduled for July 30, 2018, at 1:30 PM.  If you cannot attend the scheduled site visit, contact the Facilities Department at 972-941-5514 to schedule a different date and time a reasonable amount of time prior to the deadline. 
 
 
A site visit is mandatory before August 9, 2018, at 3:00 PM. 
 
 
The Substitution Request deadline is August 3, 2018, at 12:00 PM.  
 
All questions not asked at the initial site visit that follows the Pre-Bid Meeting shall be asked and answered through BidSync.
