This is a courtesy posting for the State Records Center to advise customers of their storage options.
There are no anticipated procurements for these services.

In accordance with
RCW 40.14.020, the Isabella Bush State Records Center (SRC) provides low-cost, secure storage for records that must be retained for audit, legal, fiscal, or administrative needs but are no longer used frequently enough to justify expensive office storage.
These services are available to state agencies, including community colleges and universities
only.
All records sent to the Records Center remain the legal custody of the originating agency.
