Bids are for the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the construction of that certain project designated as “City Parks Improvements”. Project Documents are on file and can be viewed at the office of the City Clerk. Bids are for all labor and materials required to construct concrete sidewalks, multi-use trails and outdoor covered shelters at 14 parks located

throughout the City of Southaven, Ms. The total Contract Time will be 270 consecutive calendar days and the liquidated damages will be $600.00 per consecutive calendar day thereafter. Copies of the drawings and specifications, together with contract documents, may be obtained from the City Clerk’s office, with payment of $200 reproduction costs for each set, none of which is refundable.
