The purpose of this amendment is to correct error in the Sample TO Level of Effort tab in the Updated_ATTACHMENT+D+ SAMPLE+TO+PRICE+SCHEDULE+SAMPLE+TO+LEVEL+OF+EFFORT worksheet file was not updated to reflect the removal of the Intermediate Accountant Labor Category, Attachment F Program Manager replace Intermediate Accountant with 1920 labors. 1. Sample Task Order Performance Work Statement (PWS) Attachment G under Section 8.5 Key Personnel is only Senior Level Accountants. The title " Standard Personnel" was added to avoid confusion to which Labor Categories are considered Key Personnel. Changes are highlighted in yellow.
