Solicitation Description: The University of Houston System (“Owner”) is soliciting statements of qualifications (each a “Qualifications”) from interested firms (each a “Respondent”) to provide mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (“MEP”) engineering design services (the “Services”) for utility infrastructure projects and for various renovation and new construction projects on an as-needed basis.  The types of projects include, but are not limited to: campus utility infrastructure improvements/ replacements, infrastructure assessments, design and construction

documentation for new construction and renovation projects,  including classrooms, research laboratories, offices, student life spaces, site improvements, administration buildings and other typical projects found on the campus of a university.   There will be a mandatory pre-submittal meeting held on Monday, February 21, 2022 at 9:00 AM CST via Zoom.  Failure to attend the mandatory pre-submittal meeting will result in disqualification.  Prospective respondents must register 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE through the following link:  https://uh-edu-cougarnet.zoom.us/meeting/register/tJYoc-Gtpj4vHdTd2MW9ihwwwezGSmY6Zs0U.  Respondents will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting after registering.
