REPLACE BULK CO2 TANK SYSTEM

This is a Notice of Intent to Sole Source, not a request for proposal. The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competition basis with Roberts Oxygen Company, Inc., will provide a service to replace a bulk tank system.The DIR requires emergency repair of the bulk tank in Bldg.33. The bulk tank system provides liquid C02 into the building tanks. If the tanks are not replaced it will cause experiment damage and will continue to cause interruptions or more damage until remedied.
