Solicitation Reference #: 433001-M23-0002161Title: Parent Education Training and Technical Assistance CoordinatorAvailable Date: 1/31/2023Due Date: 3/2/2023 2:00:00 PMBid Synopsis: The purpose of this document is to provide interested parties with information to enable them to prepare and submit a proposal for Parent Education Training and Technical Assistance Coordinator for community-based agencies, tribes, and other organizations implementing evidence-based/informed parent education and other primary prevention strategies and programs. The intent of the Parent Education Training and Technical Assistance Coordinator program is to support efforts to strengthen all Wisconsin families and reduce the likelihood of child abuse and neglect through statewide prevention coordination and monitoring continuous quality improvement. The goals are: 1. To support the implementation of evidence-based/informed parent education programming to achieve the long-term goal of statewide reach. 2. To support community-based agencies implementing evidence-based/informed parent education programs and protective factors framework training. 3. To build awareness of the need for communities to have primary child abuse and neglect prevention strategies. The State as represented by the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families (DCF) on behalf of the Child Abuse Neglect and Prevention Board (Prevention Board) intends to use the results of this Request for Proposal (RFP) to award one contract for Parent Education Training and Technical Assistance Coordinator.
