PROFESSIONAL RECRUITMENT SERVICES Project Description :DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK:Manitoba Hydro intends to Contract with a recruitment agency(s) to source potential candidates for specialised or hard to fill positions. The need for candidate sourcing is expected to be unpredictable in nature; therefore, Manitoba Hydro is issuing this Request to seek the submission of competitive Proposals for professional recruitment services on an as and when required basis for a two (2) year term, with the potential to extend for three (3) additional one (1) year terms for a total term of five (5) years.
