The Comprehensive Development User Fee Study will calculate the full cost recovery required for certain City development services and provide a recommended fee to be charged for each applicable service.
It is the City’s goal to have a well-documented and justifiable cost of service plan that identifies rates that will be used to recover billable costs for services, and develop user fees that comply with applicable statutory requirements.
The results of this Study will provide a tool for understanding current service levels, the cost and demand for those services, and what fees for service can and should be charged.
