The Department of State, Office of Acquisitions Management, is requesting quotes from local small business courier/messenger vendors in the immediate Miami, FL area to provide courier services for the Department of State, U.S. Despatch Agency-Miami, FL. These services include pickup and drop off, including wait time, of documentation to and from the U.S. Despatch Agency Office, to customs offices, Miami International airport, Port of Miami, and other locations in the Miami Commercial Zones. The Department intends to award one Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to perform these services. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside.For the purpose of this BPA, the Contractor's primary place of performance must be within a twenty (20) mile commute of the U.S. Despatch Agency office in Miami, FL located at: 7789 NW 48th St. Suite 250, Miami, FL 33166.  Questions related to the RFQ are to be submitted via email to
