ANY INFORMATION SUBMITTED BY RESONDENTS TO THIS TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION IS STRICTLY VOLUNTARY.INTRODUCTION:This Sources Sought is to determine the availability and technical capability of small and large businesses (including the following subsets, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, HUBZone Firms; Certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business and Woman Owned Small Business) to provide the required Generator.REQUIRED

CAPABILITIES:The 763 SCONS is seeking information from potential sources capable of providing the Brand Name or Equal Advanced Medium Mobile Power Source (AMMPS) generator that meets all the minimum specifications listed below.At a minimum, the generator solution shall include the following components:• 30kW, 50/60 Hz / 400 Hz• Length: 75 inches• Width: 36 inches• Height: 52.8 inches• Weight: 2,200 - 2,350 lbs• Fuel consumption @ 100% rated load:• 2.46 gph (50/60 Hz)• 2.69 gph (400 Hz)• Preventative Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS):o Every 24 operating hours, performed in 20 minutes or less• Maintenance Interval: 750 hours (30kW, 60kW)o Air cleaner service and replace as necessaryo Change lubricating oil and filters (20 minutes)o Service and replace water separator elemento Drain and replace coolant if applicableo Change or clean fuel filter elements in strainer• Electromagnetic Interference: Reduced EMI emissions• Noise Signature Reduction: 70db(A) @ 7 m• Environmental: EPA Compliant with Tier III with Tier IV EPA waiver• Troubleshooting: Requires built in diagnostics/prognostics• Automatic Paralleling: Needs automatic synchronization and two-button parallelingDelivery of the item will be to Scott Air Force Base in Illinois.The 763 SCONS is interested in what vendors, if any, intend to provide a quote if a RFQ is posted.SUBMISSION DETAILS:Responses should include:1.
