Bidders are to gather in the main lobby area. Bidders must attend all three (3) locations. Bidders shall designate four (4) hours for the pre-submission meeting. Proposals received from Bidders not in attendance at a mandatory pre-submission meeting and all subsequent locations will be rejected and will not be considered.
