This Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit

potential contractors to provide Airline Travel Services on a Master Service Agreement (MSA) for use by California State agencies and participating local governmental agencies.

The intent of this RFP is to award two (2) preferred carrier contracts in the following categories:

Category 1 Primary Domestic Preferred Carrier #1
The Primary Domestic carrier will be the primary provider of all Domestic flights.

Category 2 International and Secondary Domestic Preferred Carrier #2
The International and Secondary Domestic carrier will provide all International flights and will provide Domestic flights only if Preferred Carrier #1 Category 1 Primary Domestic carrier does not have availability in the selected domestic market.

The term of the awarded MSA is for a three (3) year period from the Go Live date July 1, 2020 with two (2) optional one-year extensions at the discretion of the State, with a maximum cumulative term period of five (5) years.
