Synopsis:TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Army Contracting Command – Redstone has a requirement to provide Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) to continue highly specialized services for the US Army’s and Australian Defence Force’s RQ-7B (Shadow) sustainment. This sustainment support and maintenance support of supplies and equipment will be provided at multiple sites in the contiguous United States (CONUS) and outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS). CLS requirements include contractor managed supply and maintenance, field supply support, depot level supply support, depot level maintenance, software support, total package fielding, sustainment training, spare and repair parts, repairs to fielded hardware, facilities, support equipment, resets, hardware (War Replacement/Attrition Air Vehicles), technical data, sustaining engineering and integration of field service representative (FSR) personnel for the Army. The proposed Shadow CLS contract will be a new hybrid (Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) and Cost and Firm Fixed Price (FFP)) CLS services contract.
