to Sole-Source: USU intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to Endoscoppy MD for (1) Trophon2; (1) Trophon2 Printer; (1) Trophon Cart; (1) Trophon2 Printer Cart Mount; (1) Trophon2 Sonex-HL (6 Pack); (1) Trophon2 Chemical Indicators (300 per box); (1) Trophon2 Clean Covers (100 per box); (1) Printer Paper; (1) Trophon2 Cleaning Wipes (1 box/6 cans/ 100 wipes per can); (1) Trophon2 Drying Wipes (1 box/6 cans/100 wipes per can); and Trophon2 Training.Intended Recipient: Endoscopy MD, LLC., 2342 Baltimore Pike, Oxford, PA 19363Sole Source Justification: The Trophon2 must be purchased from Endoscopy MD as they are the sole source distributor to the Government for Nanosonics, who is the manufacturer of the Trophon2. The Trophon2 is the machine used at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. As a Satellite of Walter Reed and for standard of care processes, the Department of Family Medicine requires the same equipment used for sterilization that WRNMMC uses.
