The City has received funding from the American Recovery & Reinvestment Act to fund this program. The goal of this solicitation is to provide basic job training and skills for those who experienced negative economic public health impacts due to a worker's occupation or level of training, as well as underrepresented groups, and intent to improve the available pool of candidates from which impacted industries (food, tourism, entertainment and hospitality) can hire.
