bid must contain the full name of every person or company interested in the same and be accompanied by a bond or certified check on some solvent bank, in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid, to the satisfaction of the Safety Service Director as a guaranty that if the bid is accepted a contract will be entered into and its performance secured. Should any bid be rejected, such check will be forthwith returned to the bidder upon proper execution of the contract.Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked “ Chemical Bid.”Specifications may be obtained at the office of the Safety Service Director, Municipal Building, 301 Harding Way East, Galion, Ohio 44833.
