Request For Qualifications Yellowstone County, Montana Request for Qualifications for Architectural/Engineering Services Yellowstone County Detainee Short-Term Holding Facility Closing Date:April 1st, 2024 - 3:00 P.M. The Yellowstone County Board of County Commissioners requires services from a qualified Architectural/Engineering firm to assist in the programming, planning, design, and public solicitation for construction and construction administration for Detainee Short-Term Holding Facility for Yellowstone County located at 3165 King Avenue East. Five (5) copies of the qualification (1 original & 4 copies) must be submitted to the Board of County Commissioners, P.O. Box 35000, Billings, MT 59107 or delivered to their office, 3rd Floor Room 3101- Stillwater Building, 316 North 26th Street, Billings, MT 59101 All qualifications must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Short Term Hold" in the lower right hand corner. Qualifications must be received no later than 3:00 P.M. April 1st, 2024. Qualifications received by this time and date will be opened and acknowledged in the Commissioner's Board Room, 3rd Floor - Room 3108, Stillwater Building, located at 316 North 26th Street, at 9:30 a.m. April 2nd, 2024. Qualifications submitted or delivered that are time and date stamped later than 3:00 P.M. April 1st, 2024 will not be opened. A “Question and Answer” meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. on March 20th, 2024 at the Stillwater Building, 316 North 26th Street, 3rd Floor, to interested respondents. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all qualifications received, to waive informalities, to evaluate the qualifications submitted and to accept the qualification that best serves the interests of Yellowstone County.
