To conduct a search for the RFQ number; vendors are instructed to open the “Doing Business with NYCHA”, using the link: http://www.nyc.gov/nychabusiness. Once on that page, please scroll down to mid page, on the left hand column, select “Selling to NYCHA”, click into “Getting Started: Register or Log-in” link. If you have supplied goods or services to NYCHA in the past and you have your log-in credentials, click “Returning iSupplier Users” and “Log-In Here” If you do not have your log-in credentials, select “Request a Log-In ID.” Upon access, select “Sourcing Supplier” then “Sourcing Homepage”, reference applicable RFQ number per solicitation. Suppliers electing to obtain a non-electronic paper document will be subject to a $25 non-refundable fee; payable to NYCHA by USPS-Money Order/Certified Check only for each set of RFQ documents requested. Remit payment to NYCHA Finance Department at 90 Church Street, 6th Floor; obtain receipt and present it to the Supply Management Procurement Group; RFQ package will be generated at time of request. Other Information Description Please Note: This Contract shall be subject to the New York City Housing Authority`s Project Labor Agreement (PLA). As part of its bid and no later than three (3) business days after the bid opening, the Bidder must submit Letters of Assent to the Project Labor Agreement signed by the Bidder and each of the Bidder`s proposed Subcontractors. Failure to submit all required signed Letters of Assent within three (3) business days after the bid opening shall result in a determination that the Bidder`s bid is non-responsive. Scope Of Work for regular or emergency repairs for plumbing work in interior spaces, rooms or areas. Plumbing work has been broken down into five (5) distinct work groups:Fixtures, Water Supply System,Waste Water System; Investigative Demolition and Obscured Plumbing Repair Work. Repairs for Obscured Plumbing: Repair work for a system water leak through an interior finished surface in a ceiling, wall or floor.
