TOWN OF TROY Invitation to Bid The Municipal Officers of the Town of Troy, Maine, acting on the authority and on behalf of the Town, hereby invite bids from qualified persons to provide construction on an existing building. The Annex building (garage) is located at 129 Rogers Road Troy, ME. The rooms will be used for Historical Society, Sexton and storage. • Put up dividing walls with insulation and a door insider an existing building. • Fix the side of the building water issue. The RFP, including the required bid form, are available upon request from the Troy Town Office. Bids must be delivered in a sealed envelope to the Troy Town Office 129 Rogers Rd. Troy ME 04987, no later than 2:00 pm on Tuesday, September 26, 2023. Bids will be opened at 6:00 p.m. at the Special Meeting to be held on Wednesday, September 27, 2023. Contractors must furnish their own Worker’s Compensation, Liability Insurance or a Predetermination Letter. The Municipal Officers reserve the right to accept or reject any and all bids and also reserve the right to waive any informality or irregularity in any bid
