Since then, the DEPARTMENT has completed many projects to bring features into compliance. The DEPARTMENT lacks the necessary staffing to maintain the inventory in order to track our progress. Project Scope:The SERVICE PROVIDER shall provide two (2) FTEs to perform ADA feature data collection, enter the data into an ArcGIS collector application, and transmit that data to DEPARTMENT Headquarters. The SERVICE PROVIDER will provide an iPhone and an iPad for the data collection and transmission, all personal safety gear, and self-calibrating smart levels and tape measures. Travel to various DEPARTMENT locations statewide and multiple overnight trips will be necessary. The DEPARTMENT ADA coordinator will provide initial training and data collection guides to the FTEs.Project Schedule:Through June,
