Description: Requests for Proposals (RFP) January 22, 2020 For Printing and Mailing of the City’s Newsletter/Parks & Recreation Activity Guide Magazine The City of Blue Springs, Missouri requests proposals for professional printing services for the printing and mailing distribution of the Blue Springs Magazine for the calendar year 2020-2021 with four (4) optional 1-year renewals. The City of Blue Springs publishes the Blue Springs Magazine three times a year and mails it to every postal patron within the City limits (zip codes: 64013, 64014 & 64015). The City is requesting proposals for the printing and mailing of the publication for the following mail dates: on or around March 24-April 5, 2020, on or around August 17-24, 2020, and on or around December 17-22, 2020. The printer would receive design files in PDF format 10-15 days prior to mailing dates through a printer-supplied FTP process or via another file-sharing website agreed upon by City and selected printer.
