The purpose of Sources Sought Notice SPE605-20-RFI-JP01 is to identify qualified Small Businesses that are interested and capable of providing direct delivery fuel requirements for Defense Logistics Agency Energy FEPCB (DLA).  This Sources Sought Notice is for planning purposes only and shall not be considered as an obligation by the Government to acquire any products or services.  Requests for solicitation will not be responded to and no contracts shall be awarded based on the responses received.
