Windy Corner MP 105-107 Seward Highway Realignment
Final Commissioner’s Finding
Subject to Sections 5-7, Article 2, Chapter 116, Session Laws of Alaska 2000, the Department of Natural Resources (DNR), in order to facilitate the Windy Corner MP 105-107 Seward Highway Realignment has issued a Commissioner’s Finding to authorize the following activities through Chugach State Park:
Grant of a highway easement to the Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (ADL 232839)
Convey a property interest to the Alaska Railroad Corporation (ARRC) (ADL 232892)
Authorize use of materials for this project
Closure of a section line easement (ADL 233527)
Acceptance of relinquished right-of-way from ARRC (OSL 1632)
Authorize construction of park facilities.
