Description
The work will consist of the design, manufacture and installation of NYCHA Central Shops ventilation and exhaust systems located in the basement level and within the Central Shops work area only. The Exhaust System Upgrade will replace the existing exhaust/ ventilation of the Machine and Welding shops located at 23-02 49th Avenue, Long Island City, NY 11101.A non-mandatory virtual Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Tuesday, May 24,2022 at 10:00 AM, and will be conducted remotely via Microsoft Teams meeting. Although attendance is not mandatory at the Pre-Bid Conference, it is strongly recommended that all interested Bidders attend and that Bidders thoroughly review bid documents in advance of the meeting.
