VALE HERBICIDE APPLICATION

This procurement is SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Burns District has a requirement for IMAZAPIC Treatment and intends to issue a Request for Proposal for commercial items services. One Firm Fixed price contract for herbicide application will be issued. The location of work shall be lands in the BLM Burns District area. The NAICS code is 115112 and the small business size standard $7.5 million. The basis of award will utilize the best value continuum - tradeoff process in accordance with FAR subpart 15.101-1 to result in an award to the responsible offeror pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1. The technical/non-price evaluation factors, when combined, are significantly more important than price. Option period will be evaluated in accordance with provision 52.217-3. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. All vendors must be active in SAM.gov for their proposal to be accepted.
