This RFP is open only to those Prequalified Parties who have received notification from The City prior to Submission Deadline that they are Prequalified for Prime Contractor for Safety status in the following category or categories: Demolition Contractor C7400203 2. The city is issuing a request for proposals to select a supplier who will be performing the works for the demolition of Eau Claire Market and River Run Condos. These are properties acquired by the City ahead of the Green Line Light rail transit project. 3. The Request for Proposals (RFP) documents are only available to download through The City’s Firmex Data Room for the RFP. 4.Prospective proponents who are interested in participating in the RFP process should email the Contact person to obtain access. Access will be conditional on the prospective proponent signing the City’s Confidentiality Agreement.
