Lansdowne Borough - RECYCLABLES PROCESSING AND MARKETING SERVICES OR RECYCLABLES TRANSFER SERVICES

Proposals are requested for Curbside Recyclables processing and marketing services for three different term options: five (5) years, seven (7) years, and ten (10) years. Proposers are requested to provide pricing for each of these options. Proposals shall be submitted via PennBid (https://pennbid.procureware.com) only and must be received no later than 4:00 pm on October 12th 2022. Responses received after the date and time specified for proposal submission will not be considered. Submitted Proposals will be handled confidentially during the pre-award process. The Proposal shall be binding for a period of one hundred twenty (120) calendar days from the due date for submission to allow time for the Borough to review and evaluate all Proposals, select the preferred Contractor, make such recommendation to the Borough Council, and for the Council to consider and approve the recommendation. The Borough will not be responsible for any expenses incurred by a Proposer in connection with this procurement. If necessary, interviews may be scheduled with one or more Proposers.
