The purpose of this sources sought synopsis is to seek out interested businesses capable of fulfilling this current service requirement.The MCIEAST Contracting Department and the Fire Department at Beaufort, SC are performing Market Research to determine available sources that are able to provide repair service for three (3) LifePak 15 Cardiac Monitors owned by MCAS Beaufort, SC.An OEM approved maintenance contract that provides the government with a comprehensive repair and preventative maintenance services that allow for continual operation of the government owned Physio-Control Life-Pack 15 Cardiac Monitors.  This service shall include at a minimum the following services:Update software to the most current versionCheck batteries and battery pins and replace as requiredInspect integrity of accessories and replace as required.Test the
integrity of all cables and replace as requiredElectrical safety check IAW NFPA guidelinesComputer aided diagnostics to test 30 device dimensions and verify the unit functions correctly, from waveform shape and defibrillation energy to pacing current and capnography readings.Check electrode expiration dates and replace as required.Check printer operation and trace qualityRepairs (parts and labor) to restore equipment to manufacture specificationsLifepack Battery-Charger repair and or replacement as requiredPower adapter repair and replacement as requiredReplaced up to 6 lithium-ion batteries IAW with device operating instructions upon failure.Replace up to 3 coin cell memory batteries IAW device instructions or upon failureReplace protective display shield, corner bumper guards, CO2 connector cover, shoulder strap, handle, device labels, and battery pins as deemed necessary at time of inspection.The set-aside has not been determined at this time.The applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 811219, Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance with a size standard of $20.5M.In addition, interested vendors shall provide the following information:(1) Is your business a large or small business under this NAICS code?(2) If the size standard is small, indicate if your firm is certified under Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act, HubZone certified, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, Woman Owned Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business or Small Business.(3) Are the services available under a GSA/FSS contract?
