Soil Testing In Sierra Leone

THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY.  The Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) is currently conducting market research for Soil Screening Assessment for Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCB) in Sierra Leone. This is NOT a solicitation or pre-solicitation, and this notice does not guarantee that a solicitation will be released in the future or as an obligation on the part of the MCC. Currently, no solicitation exists.Organizations should provide a brief capability statement that demonstrates their capacity to perform the statement of work and describe demonstrated past experience/performance.  If possible, provide an estimated cost range for the statement of work.  Specifically, the capability should highlight the following:Have you conducted similar testing in Sierra Leone or region?Do you have the required testing supplies?Do you have in house staff to conduct the testing or will a subcontractor need to be hired?Is the final due date feasible?What is the estimated cost or range for

the draft SOW?Interested consultants or firms should submit a capability statement for this requirement, not to exceed 10 single-sided pages presented in single-space and using a 12-point font size. Please include a point of contact, firms UEI number, GSA Schedule number (if applicable), if the firm is a public international organization, non-profit, small or large business.  Please also indicate if your business has an active SAM registration on www.sam.gov.All capability statements, questions or comments to this RFI notice must be submitted electronically to tuttt@mcc.gov in MS Word, or Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF), by Noon Eastern Time, Thursday, November 3, 2022.Please Note: This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in response. The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate. Any organization responding to this notice should ensure that its response is complete and sufficiently detailed to allow the Government to determine the organization’s qualifications to perform the work. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. After a review of the responses received, a solicitation may be issued or a sole source award. However, responses to this notice will not be considered adequate responses to a solicitation.
