PROPOSAL TO LEASE: The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, (DOT&PF) proposes to execute Supplement No. 1 to ADA-32572 adding Room SA1751, Gate A11 hold room, and Ramp A-11 consisting of 738 s.f./19,820 (ramp) in the South Terminal at the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport. APPLICANT: Kenai Aviation Operations LLC. TERM: September 9, 2023, through June 30, 2028. Current Terminal rent rate is $86.85 s.f./yr and Aircraft Ramp Rental Rate is $1.85 s.f./yr.
