Only one (1) proposal (submittal) will be accepted from each Proposer. This RFP will result in a single award for the contract term as listed within. If an award is made, it is the County' s intent to award a contract with an initial term of up to three (3) years with an option to renew in the County' s sole discretion for two (2) additional one-year periods, unless terminated earlier or otherwise amended. The County will hold a virtual pre-proposal conference through Microsoft Teams on the date and time specified in

Section III. A of this RFP. A teleconference line will also be provided, but attendance is encouraged through the Teams Application. Attendance in the pre-proposal conference is highly recommended. When submitting your proposal, please include all required Declarations and supporting documentation as requested within the RFP. THIS RFP SOLICITATION REQUIRES ALL PROPOSALS TO BE SUBMITTED ELECTRONICALLY THROUGH PERISCOPE. NO PAPER, EMAIL OR FAX SUBMISSIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
