00321841 Terminal 91 Berths 6 & 8 Redevelopment Testing & Inspection Status: Open Bid Due Date: Apr 17, 2024, 7:00:00 PM Question Cut-off Date: Mar 29, 2024, 7:00:00 PM Goals:- This solicitation is for the Testing and Special Inspection work on the Terminal 91 Berth 6 & 8 Project. The project will redevelop the condemned vessel berths and adjoining apron areas of Berths 6 & 8 along the northeast side of Pier 90 at Terminal 91 to help ensure the long-term viability of the Port of Seattle as the home to the North Pacific fishing fleet. Planned redevelopment includes demolition of the existing timber apron; seawall improvements; removal and relocation of existing gangways, floats and boathouse; removal/replacement of existing small office structures; geotechnical ground improvement; and construction of a concrete apron structure along the current alignment.
